Non-Exclusivity & Copyright: This Agreement is non-exclusive. You, the Author, retain full copyright ownership of your Work and are free to enter into other marketing or publishing agreements.
Termination: Either party (Author or Green Books Media) may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without stating a reason.
Refunds Upon Author Termination (Prior to Marketing): If you, the Author, terminate this Agreement before any marketing activities have commenced, you will receive a refund of the marketing fees paid, minus any costs already incurred for pre-marketing services (such as content review or strategy development) or add-on services already completed. Any outstanding amounts in your account will be deducted from this refund.
Refunds Upon [Your Company Name] Termination: If Green Books Media terminates this Agreement, you will receive a full refund of all marketing fees paid, or this amount will be applied to any outstanding balance in your account.
Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that fees for specific marketing services already rendered (e.g., campaign setup, advertising spend, content creation) and fees for subsequent marketing campaigns for the same Work are non-refundable.
Termination Due to Author Breach: If this Agreement is terminated by Green Books Media due to your breach of these terms, no fees will be refunded.
